You don't need to wait for your toolkit to arrive. Once enrolled, you'll receive access to the online learning portal so you can begin your theory studies straight away.

Your training kit will be dispatched to your location via UPS, usually within 3–5 working days. Tracking information will be provided so you can follow your delivery.

You'll receive an EasiRing™ media pack by email, giving you promotional resources to help market your hair extension services and courses through social media, email campaigns, WhatsApp and text messages to contacts who have opted in to receive them. Branded roller banners and flags are also available to purchase separately.

Log into the portal and we will do the rest. We will liaise with you at regular intervals, mark assignments within a timely manner, advise on how to improve submissions, and report back on any rejected submissions. Our tutors will deal with any queries Tues - Fri 10 - 5 pm. Our team will process and post certificates directly to the learner.

Work through the course material at your own pace, complete your assignments and put your learning into practice. Our tutors review submissions, provide feedback and advise on improvements where needed. If an assignment is rejected, we'll explain what needs addressing so you can work towards a successful submission. Tutor support hours: Tuesday–Friday, 10 am–3 pm.
